Level 1

ASI Pilates MAT & Reformer

The certification takes place directly at ReformerX and is internationally backed by the Australia Sports Institute (ASI). ReformerX is the exclusive provider of this certification in the Czech Republic. Upon successful completion, you will receive an international certificate from the Australia Sports Institute, confirming your completion of the Pilates MAT & Reformer Level 1 program.

The program consists of 3 intensive days — Friday, Saturday and Sunday — combining theory with hands-on practice on Merrithew MPX Essential Reformers. The training is available in both Czech and English, and after registration you will receive a study e-book to help you prepare before the certification weekend.

The program is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Pilates, strengthen their knowledge of its principles, or take the first professional step towards becoming a Reformer Pilates instructor. You don't need to know exactly where the certification will take you yet. It can deepen your practice — or become the beginning of an entirely new career.
